Bell furnace for annealing of steel plate coils  

• consisting of 6 hearths
  • 6 muffles
  • 2 heating bells
  • 2 cooling bells
• effective diameter  1,500 mm
• effective height  2,900 mm
• annealing temperature to 800 °C
• burner output 540 kW
• waste heat utilization in recuperator
• charge – plate coil with total weight of 25,000 kg
• furnace atmosphere – nitrogen + hydrogen
