Equipment concepcion
- The equipment consists of:
- the mechanic part used for supporting and rottating with shaft
- the furnace modules used for heat stabilization
- the measuring and controlling system, suppervisoring, logging ...
- The shaft is placed in the rolling mechanism
- Mechanical parts are adjustable in axis
- Shaft weight is caught by steady rests
- Shaft is axially arrested by means of tail-stocks
- The heat dilatation is compensated by means of a hydraulically-spring-loaded tail-stock
- The steady rests are adjustable in height, and also under load
- The steady rests are loaded together with the tail-stocks on the tracked carts
- The stability rotating furnace consists of separated modules according to the shaft length
- The furnace can be put together by the combination of the module lengths: from 3m to 10m / step of 1m
- The single modules are of cylindrical cross-section with tilting upper part
- The shaft is loaded into the equipment by means of a pair of hall cranes
