Equipment Production and Completion

New equipment and reconstructions are delivered within turnkey projects. Complete production and all the subcontracted parts, including the necessary services, are within our responsibilities.

When making steel structures, piping systems, steel fume stacks, mechanisms and other mechanical parts, we only cooperate with well-proven suppliers able to guarantee the quality of the manufacturing processes and materials they use.  Production quality and adherence to the prescribed procedures are continuously checked by our own specialists.

As for the production, delivery, and installation of electrical equipment as well as software development for process control and operating conditions/furnace parameters visualization, we provide the jobs almost exclusively by our own means within the E-THERM Group.

Extraordinary attention is paid to quality assurance in the field of the furnace interior refractory lining as one of the components that substantially influence the quality and life cycle of the equipment as a whole. This is why E-therm TZ has long-term cooperation in this field only with well-renowned suppliers with the pertinent technical background.

In the event of items to be shipped to rather distant locations, it is possible to reduce costs by transferring the manufacture mainly of steel structures for furnaces, fume stacks, and some other parts of the equipment to the customer for their local production.  To meet this purpose, we are ready to provide a complete set of manufacturing documents, including region-specific customization in respect of a particular language, locally applicable standards, and locally available materials, and the subcontracts obtained by the manufacturer. Here, we ensure the final product quality by consistent interoperation inspections and acceptance quality controls of the parts made in the customer’s country.
