Extensive and Responsive Service
The company provides responsive warranty and post-warranty service of the equipment delivered by E-therm TZ throughout the company’s life, as well the service of the industrial furnaces supplied in the past by Škoda Klatovy, and industrial furnaces and thermal equipment from other manufacturers.
The most frequently requested services are as follows:
- inspections, checks, and setting of gas-fired burners and heating systems
- indicative measurement of exhaust fume contents (CO2, CO, O2, NOx)
- minor repairs and replacements of burner parts or burners as a whole
- repairs or replacements of worn parts or of entire gas/air pressure governors, gas/air ratio controllers, control flaps ad servo drives, mixers and other accessories of gas and air piping on the furnaces
- inspections, adjustments, and minor repairs of electrical equipment, instrumentation & control systems
- inspections and adjustment of mechanisms and drives
- checks, cleaning, and replacement of worn parts in hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- comprehensive equipment inspections resulting in a recommendation as to what worn parts should be replaced and user recommendations about the maintenance to be carried out and how to run the furnace
For maximum operability of the furnaces and a continuously high level of heat treatment quality, our recommendation is to carry out scheduled service inspections of the equipment on a regular basis.
Using its authorized staff members, E-therm TZ also performs initial and operating overhauls of dedicated electric and gas equipment.
