Professional Installation and Commissioning, Client’s Personnel Training
Installation of E-therm TZ industrial furnaces is carried out by the workers with long-term experience in the construction of such equipment. Specialized supervision and coordination of the installation activities by E-therm TZ assembly supervisors will guarantee quality even where the installation is provided by means of assembly supervision and where the installation activities are carried out by external companies, or local companies/final customer’s installation workers in the event of shipments to remote localities.
Equipment commissioning is commenced once the installation is complete. Thorough inspection of equipment functionality is first carried out within “cold tests”, followed by the heating system adjustment, SW debugging, and setting up of the I&C devices' parameters. With the base adjustments over, the refractory lining must be dried out. Setup of all the furnace parameters are tuned up during the subsequent “hot tests”. E-therm TZ staff will further train the personnel of the future equipment user and – in cooperation with the user – also carry out tests to check the guaranteed parameters. The equipment is handed over to the customer for use once the tests have been successfully carried out. Where required to do so in the contract, E-therm TZ shall prompt its engineers to also take part in the equipment test operation.
Industrial furnaces are equipment that is demanding in technical terms and that works properly only when correctly adjusted, professionally tested, and “tuned up” to operating parameters and also run and maintained by a technically skilled and professionally trained personnel. This is why the tests, commissioning, and setting of the equipment after its installation, as well as the operating and maintenance personnel training (in theory and practice) are carried out by the supplier’s leading specialists – test and service technicians, system engineers and programmers, as well design engineers.
